Limits on Donations

Huntington Beach limits contributions to $520 per person.  A married couple can donate $1,040 if both spouses sign the check or issue separate checks.  Political donations are not deductible for state or federal income tax purposes.  Foreign nationals are prohibited from making contributions to the Committee to Re-Elect Jennifer McGrath City Attorney 2010, unless they have permanent residency status in the United States.
