AB 1514 (O’Donnell D) Cannabis transportation and delivery.
The Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA), among other things, consolidates the licensure and regulation of commercial medicinal and adult-use cannabis activities. MAUCRSA imposes various requirements on the transportation and delivery of cannabis and cannabis products.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would relate to the transportation and delivery of cannabis and cannabis products in this state.
